The kitchen at 55 Bar Grill is headed up by Chef, Terry McKeown. With over 14 years in the industry, Terry’s real passion is using the finest quality Scottish produce around, be it meat, game, fish or fruit and veg. Seasonality of food plays a big part when it comes to the creation of menus, and the aim is to use ingredients at their absolute best. So be it a special occasion, feeling peckish or fancy treating yourself to lunch or dinner, you won’t leave disappointed – or hungry!


We want 55 Bar Grill to become a place where people can sample a variety of tasty dishes in a relaxed, and comfortable, environment. Plus look out for our small plates concept, a way of eating that encourages people to try a range of dishes and discover something new. We hope you enjoy.

Our menu is served until 9pm weekdays and 10pm Friday & Saturday.


Behind the bar, we offer a great variety of premium draft and bottle beers, as well local beers and ales, and a long list of the finest spirits, soft drinks and carefully selected wines. We’re also extremely proud of our close relationship with the Scottish Gin Society, and through this partnership we have an impressive Gin collection – with 55 Scottish Gins and Gin liqueurs, and also offer our customers the Perfect Serve. So what are you waiting for?
